Job summary

ADA is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join our Jakarta team and drive AI-powered product initiatives. You will own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap, working with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Commercial teams to deliver measurable business impact.

The role requires 8–10+ years of product management experience, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to ship impactful B2B/B2C products at scale in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of product management experience, with 4+ years in senior/lead PM roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap.
• Identify unmet customer needs through research and data analysis.
• Translate strategy into a prioritized backlog with OKRs and KPIs.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to iteration.
• Make data-driven trade-offs on scope, timeline, and resources.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• Lead agile ceremonies; write clear product requirements and user stories.
• Conduct user interviews and market research to understand target users.
• Define, track and analyze product metrics to drive optimization.
• Present strategy and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
