Job summary

Alam Sekitar Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Executive for Procurement & Quantity Surveying to manage procurement activities and contract affairs. The role focuses on executing procurement procedures, supplier evaluation, and contract administration aligned with company goals.

You will handle tender preparation, cost-saving initiatives and post-contract tasks, including final accounts and site investigations, contributing to project success and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement and contract management within an industrial or environmental services company.
• Ability to handle pre-contract and post-contract activities including tender documents and final accounts.

Responsibilities

• Execute, control and monitor procurement procedures to support company objectives.
• Source vendors (local & international) and evaluate products based on price, quality and delivery.
• Coordinate deliveries, maintain stock levels and match invoices with POs and GRNs.
• Prepare tender documents, proposals and variations; assist in contract negotiations.
• Monitor post-contract works, perform site investigations and assist with audits.
