Job summary

CCIE Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a procurement professional to manage daily purchasing tasks, sourcing materials and suppliers, and negotiating terms to support project needs.

You will handle purchase orders, deliveries, and logistics to ensure materials arrive at sites on time, while maintaining supplier records and ensuring compliance with company policies. Close collaboration with China HQ is expected.

• Handle the company's daily procurement activities according to project and business requirements.
• Search and source for suitable materials, products, and suppliers based on project needs.
• Deal, communicate, and negotiate with suppliers for pricing, lead time, and delivery schedule.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, delivery notes, and other related procurement documents.
• Coordinate shipment, delivery, and logistics to ensure materials reach sites on time.
• Maintain supplier records and ensure vendor information is updated and accurate.
• Follow up closely with suppliers to ensure punctual delivery and solve any supply issues.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policy and management requirements.
• Work closely with China headquarters and follow company procedures and workflow style.
