Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in building construction work.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working experience in Fastrack Industrial Project.
• Registered IOW would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain all relevant forms, documents, correspondences and records about the works.
• Review all construction drawings and specifications, method statement, material submission for approval.
• Review construction plans and specifications to ensure they comply with local and national codes and standards.
• Report and findings to superior/higher management and provide recommendation for corrective actions if necessary.
• Assist to provide site progress reports to client and superior for project status and development.
• Attend regular meetings between all subcontractors of different trades.
• Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Able to use MS Office, Autocad

Familiar with construction work regulation and checklist of industrial plant projects.

Registered IOW would be an added advantage.
