• Must understand procurement processes and have supplier channels.

Responsibilities

• Search and source suitable materials, products, and suppliers based on project needs.
• Negotiate pricing, lead time, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Coordinate shipment and logistics to ensure on-time material delivery to sites.
• Maintain and update supplier records with accurate information.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure punctual delivery and resolve issues.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policy and management requirements.
• Collaborate with China headquarters and follow company workflows.
