QL Corporate Services Sdn Bhd is hiring a Process Improvement Senior Executive to drive operational excellence across farms and support functions. You will analyze practices, promote data-driven decisions, and lead standardized processes for productivity and cost efficiency.

The Process Improvement Senior Executive is responsible for driving operational excellence within the ILF division by systematically analysing existing practices, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting the implementation of standardized, efficient, and measurable processes across farms and support functions.
The role plays a key part in advancing Performance Improvement and Efficiency Management initiatives, focusing on enhancing productivity, optimizing resource utilization, reducing operational costs, and improving product and process quality.
In addition, the position contributes to building a sustainable culture of continuous improvement by promoting data-driven decision‑making, process discipline, and cross‑functional collaboration, in alignment with the company’s overall operational and strategic objectives.
Check, review and validate dashboard data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and follow up with poultry farms for timely corrections.
Analyse key operational metrics (e.g., mortality, body weight, uniformity, FCR, production indicators) and prepare concise performance reports.
Conduct farm visits to validate data findings, observe operational practices, and support root cause identification and corrective actions.
Participate in structured improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and PDCA cycles.
Support the rollout of Performance Improvement governance including data collection, dashboard updates, and SOP alignment.
Monitor and evaluate the sustainability and effectiveness of implemented improvements.
Collaborate with teams across farm operations, flock health, nutrition, and quality assurance to ensure smooth adoption of improvements.
Assist in digital transformation efforts, including testing and refining dashboard functionalities (e.g., Power BI tools).
What you’ll need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Process Improvement, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
Prior exposure to poultry farming operations or animal husbandry is an added advantage
Basic knowledge of process improvement methodologies and control procedures
Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and root cause analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across functions
Willing to travel to farm locations as required.
