Robert Bosch (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Penang seeks an experienced manufacturing process professional to own and sustain Selective Soldering and Milling processes. You will plan assembly flows, define equipment specs, and release manufacturing cells on schedule while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, process improvement, and training technicians to ensure high OEE and robust manufacturing performance in a fast-paced environment.

• Experienced personnel with well developed, proficient knowledge and skills in planning, setting up, sustaining and improving manufacturing processes and lines.

Mansioni

• Own and sustain Selective Soldering and Milling processes, including setup and troubleshooting.
• Plan assembly process flow to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce product cost through design and process optimization.
• Define equipment specifications and plan, purchase, setup and release manufacturing cells on time and within budget.
• Evaluate equipment and process performance across project stages and generate technical reports.
• Establish process specifications, maintenance strategies and line release documentation.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop troubleshooting guides and training for technicians.
• Participate in system CIP on value disposition: Safety, Quality, Cost & Delivery.
• Provide countermeasures with corrective and preventive actions for technical flaws.
• Study and improve capacity and capability to meet customer demand.
• Strive for higher and sustainable OEE, FPY, MTTR, MTBF.
• Foster team work culture in Value Stream Organization toward operational excellence.
