Hirehub Management Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to develop, optimise and sustain manufacturing processes for magnetic and injection-m molding products.

You will lead NPI, validate processes and collaborate with Production, Quality, Equipment and R&D to achieve higher yields and lower costs. The role requires 5+ years in process/manufacturing engineering, knowledge of RCA and lean techniques, and strong data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Approximately 5+ years in process/manufacturing engineering.
• Hands-on experience with process optimisation and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of RCA, 8D, 5 Why and Fishbone diagrams.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CAD and manufacturing ERP is an advantage.
• Fluent Mandarin and English preferred for communication.

Responsabilités

• Develop, optimise and continuously improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and yield.
• Analyse and resolve process abnormalities and quality issues with corrective actions.
• Lead NPI, new process development, trial production and mass transfer activities.
• Create and maintain SOPs, process flow charts and work instructions.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Equipment and R&D to drive improvements.
• Monitor performance and implement yield, capacity and efficiency initiatives.
• Evaluate and validate equipment, jigs and fixtures for production needs.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and production staff.
• Ensure processes comply with quality, safety and regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including lean, defect reduction, and cycle-time improvements.
