Sunningdale Tech Penang Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned engineer to lead Process and Project Engineering functions, driving NPI, product transfers, and validation to meet quality and regulatory standards. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Engineering with 8–10 years in plastic injection molding, possess expertise in IQ/OQ/PQ,ISO 13485/9001, and SAP/MS Office.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
8–10 years in plastic injection molding, manufacturing engineering, or NPI.
Strong knowledge of injection molding, tooling, and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
Experience with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, GMP for medical devices.
Proficient in SAP and MS Office; leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage NPI, product transfers, and engineering projects on time and within budget.
Oversee process development, optimization, and validation for injection molding.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate with customers and suppliers.
Monitor risks, changes, and documentation; drive CAPA and continuous improvement.
