Job summary
Entegris in Malaysia is seeking a Lead Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering (NPI) to drive New Product Introduction from development to high-volume production. You will build robust processes, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure scalable, cost-effective manufacturing readiness.
The role emphasizes PFMEA, validation, process development, and continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven decisions. Travel internationally may be required to support business and supplier needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of engineering or manufacturing experience in high-tech, medical, or plastics industries.
- Strong knowledge of NPI, product transfers, validation, and high-volume manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Develop manufacturing process flows including planning, validation strategies, and automation techniques.
- Lead transfers from engineering to pilot and high-volume manufacturing.
- Develop and execute validation protocols for new products and processes.
