Job summary

Materion Corporation is seeking a seasoned Process Engineer to develop and optimize manufacturable solutions, analyze data for process capability, and apply FMEA/DMAIC methods. You will support KPI achievement for cost, uptime, 5S and safety while ensuring smooth handover to Operations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in cleaning and lithography process engineering within manufacturing, with excellent English and strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• This role requires a degree in Chemical/Applied Science/Physics/Material Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years in cleaning and lithography process engineering or similar manufacturing.
• Strong data analysis, root cause methods and project leadership are essential.
• Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory for overseas reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturable process solutions that meet capability needs.
• Analyze data for process capability, GD&T and FMEA/DMAIC analyses.
• Support KPIs for cost, uptime, 5S and safety in Operations.
• Ensure smooth transfer of processes from development to Production.
