Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technology or manufacturing-related engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Proficient with engineering tools and software to design and automate manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with material properties and hardware/electrical component design.

Responsibilities

• Designs engineering solutions for manufacturing of parts and assemblies based on engineering principles.
• Develops cost estimates, capacity models, layouts, and tooling for new products.
• Collaborates with management and partners on process standards and problem resolution.
• Leads a project team to develop cost-effective, high-quality manufacturing solutions from NPI through lifecycle.
• Represents the manufacturing engineering team in large development and manufacturing projects.
• Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff.
