Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering.
• Typically 4–8 years of experience.
• Willing to work in Johor.
• Proficient in engineering tools and software for design and automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of material properties and hardware/electrical component design.
• Good English and local language communication.
• Ability to validate manufacturing processes and tooling designs.

Responsibilities

• Designs engineering solutions for manufacturing processes.
• Develops cost estimates, capacity models, and layouts for new product introductions.
• Collaborates with management and partners on process compliance and issue resolution.
• Leads a project team to develop reliable, cost-effective manufacturing solutions.
• Represents the manufacturing engineering team in larger projects.
