Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Batu Kawan (Penang), Malaysia, is seeking a Manufacturing Development Engineer with a background in engineering and manufacturing. Responsibilities

Designs engineering solutions for manufacturing of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
Develops cost estimates, capacity models, time standards, production area layouts, and tooling recommendations.
Collaborates with management, internal, and outsourced partners on process standards compliance and issue resolution.
Represents the manufacturing engineering team for large projects and mentors junior staff.
Determines optimum process settings to supply high-quality products.
Prepares analysis reports and recommendations for improvements.
Ensures processes are capable and meet cost targets and delivery requirements in contract manufacturing.
