Job summary

Times Publishing Group Malaysia is seeking a proactive Customer Service Executive (Printing) to manage key customer accounts, coordinate print production and support sales activities. You will act as the main liaison between customers, outsourced print vendors and our internal teams to ensure accurate job execution, on-time delivery and high service standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account servicing or sales support or production coordination.
• Experience dealing with external vendors or suppliers is preferred.
• Printing industry experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for customers, handling enquiries and after‑sales support.
• Coordinate print jobs with external printers and vendors to ensure accuracy and on‑time delivery.
• Monitor production schedules and progress, resolving delays quickly.
• Maintain vendor relationships and track performance against standards.
• Collaborate with sales, design and operations on job requirements, pricing and timelines.
• Prepare simple job status reports and escalate risks when needed.
• Visit vendors and customers for production checks or meetings as required.
• Respond to customer inquiries, obtain estimates and provide quotations professionally.
• Prepare pre-production and technical planning for all jobs and production sheets.
