Qualifications

• At least 5–7 years of hands-on PR experience as the primary discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ exposure to integrated communications in an agency or consultancy.
• Proven experience managing client accounts and integrated campaigns across earned, owned, and social channels.
• Confident leading both senior clients and junior team members with clarity and structure.
• Excellent storytelling skills translating complex or B2B topics into engaging narratives.
• A solid grasp of how strategy, media, content and digital come together in an integrated campaign.
• Strong project management skills balancing timelines, budgets, creativity and delivery.
• Developing talent and fostering a collaborative, quality-driven team culture.
• Interest in B2C / B2B / G2B2C industries with openness to new sectors.
• Growth mindset, owning feedback and continuously sharpening skills.
• Ideally exposure to insights tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Meltwater.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned client accounts, delivering against objectives, scope, timelines and KPIs.
• Lead client and internal WIP meetings, set priorities and keep deliverables on track.
• Oversee campaign execution across earned, owned and social channels for quality and consistency.
• Manage client events, launches and media activations from planning to execution with vendors.
• Monitor budgets, resource use, address scope creep, overspend and risks.
• Oversee media monitoring, evaluation and reporting, translating results into insights.
• Resolve day-to-day challenges, escalating to senior counsel when needed.
• Coordinate regional campaigns with market teams or take regional hub lead as required.
• Identify opportunities for safe and responsible use of digital tools and AI to improve delivery.
