Job summary

TEAM LEWIS is seeking a Campaign Manager to lead client accounts from Kuala Lumpur. You will align client objectives with campaigns, manage teams, and ensure high-quality PR, marketing and digital outcomes.

You will build strong relationships with clients, oversee media relations, content development, and social media strategies while guiding junior staff and coordinating across internal teams to deliver measurable results for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Senior Campaign/Account Manager level experience in B2B/corporate or digital agencies.
• Excellent attention to detail and creative thinking.
• Strong understanding of client business issues and requirements.
• Highly developed presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of social media and reporting.
• Familiar with market research and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients and acts as trusted partner.
• Manages all client communications and ensures deadlines and service levels.
• Reviews account performance with Campaign Director and identifies opportunities.
• Supports new business pitches with coordination and content creation.
• Schedules and runs regular client meetings with consultative guidance.
• Oversees media relations and builds journalist networks.
• Oversees content creation for campaigns including press materials.
• Coaches and develops junior team members and leads the account team.
