Job summary

A solar energy solutions provider based in Petaling Jaya is seeking a PowerApps Developer. The role involves designing and deploying Power Apps to improve processes, managing Power Automate workflows, and collaborating with department heads. Ideal candidates will have a degree in IT and 3–5 years of experience in Power Apps development, possessing strong problem-solving and communication skills. Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in developing Microsoft Power Apps.
• Experience in creating automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Ability to design tables and integrate Dataverse and SharePoint.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Analyse and understand workflow requirements thoroughly
• Design, build and deploy Power Apps to streamline company processes
• Develop and manage Power Automate Flows
• Debug any issues with Power Apps
• Ensure the clear and accurate presentation of data and information
• Create and manage data modules using Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL servers, ensuring best practice of data storage for long‑term smooth apps running
• Collaborate with Head of Departments to ensure scalability, long‑term sustainability and smooth deployment
• Any ad‑hoc duties assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or equivalent field
• At least 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in developing Microsoft Power Apps
• Possess Power Platform skills:
  • Power Apps – building forms, dashboards, and role‑based apps
  • Power Automate – creating automated workflows for approvals, notifications and data synchronization
  • Dataverse and SharePoint integration – designing tables, relationships and security roles
  • Power BI – integrating reporting dashboards and real‑time updates (added advantage)
• Business Understanding:
  • Track record of creating user friendly apps for company
  • Understanding requirements and delivering project in phases, documenting the process
  • Provide training for internal users on Power Apps
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Responsible to provide excellent support in a timely manner
• Good communication skills and thrive on prompt problem solving
