Job summary

CompAsia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Value Added Services) to lead regional initiatives in smartphone and device lifecycle products. You will collaborate with stakeholders and external partners to design, develop and deploy BOT-based propositions for consumer and enterprise segments.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and meeting committed deadlines.
• Assessing and recommending market proposition value viability, profitability & business opportunity.
• Ensuring all approvals are secured before agreements signed or launch to market.
• Coordinate on marketing collaterals and GTM planning with stakeholders before any launch.
• Track and report on product KPIs, profitability, and customer adoption post-launch.
• Encourage adoption of new tools (e.g., AI, automation) to streamline processes.
• Act as the central coordinator between product, operations, finance, legal, IT, marketing, and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work with stakeholders to design, develop and deploy VAS products and services.
• Manage timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with retail management and account partners on launches and sales KPIs.
• Ensure all operational, IT, commercial/finance and legal requirements are signed off before market.
• Monitor financial performance post-launch and report KPI results.
