Job summary

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a platform engineering strategy aligned with the bank's digital strategy.
- Lead a team of engineers in designing, building, and enhancing digital platforms (mobile banking, online portals, payments, data analytics).
- Collaborate with product, operations, information security, and compliance to define requirements and ensure integration.
- Engage with executives, partners, vendors, and technology providers.
