Working with product, marketing and operations, you will perform data-driven opportunity sizing, build simple financial models, and track performance to drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of growth, strategy, consulting, analytics, or related experience.
• Experience in tech/fintech or digital products is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Co-own a defined user segment and develop behavioral, lifecycle, and value profiles.
• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, benchmarking, and insights.
• Lead structured workstreams: diagnosis, hypothesis, analysis, and recommendations.
• Develop evidence-backed recommendations on growth levers and actions.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and operations to execute and track initiatives.
• Monitor performance and refine recommendations based on impact.
