Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in a construction-related field with training in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
• Experience managing large construction projects with strong scheduling expertise.
• Commercial awareness of construction contracts and ability to document changes and delays.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Highly organized, adaptable, with solid problem-solving, decision-making and planning abilities.
• Knowledge of safety standards and contract administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update the Integrated Management Schedule across multiple projects.
• Report schedule progress and performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with construction teams and contractors on progress and methods.
• Prepare delay analyses and propose recovery strategies.
• Develop detailed schedules, including reports and short-term plans.
• Coordinate with vendors on lead times and delivery dates.
• Drive process improvements in scheduling and planning.
