Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a qualified Pharmacy Educator to lead teaching and supervision of PNC students, Pharmacy Tutor and new college personnel. The role focuses on delivering high-quality pharmacy education in alignment with curriculum, planning Master Planner activities, and conducting clinical assessments.

The candidate should have at least 5 years post-registration teaching experience, a Bachelor in Pharmacy, and a teaching qualification, with willingness to work after office hours

Qualifications

Registered Pharmacy Educator with at least 5 years post-registration teaching experience.
Bachelor in Pharmacy degree and teaching qualification.
Evidence of ongoing education and professional development.
Willingness to work after office hours/weekends/public holidays when required.
Ability to guide students and supervise teaching activities.

Responsibilities

Teach and supervise PNC students, Pharmacy Tutor and staff per objectives.
Establish supportive relationships to foster a conducive teaching environment.
Deliver high-standard pharmacy and health care teaching aligned with curriculum.
Plan and coordinate learning activities using the Master Planner.
Supervise clinical assessments and mentor students throughout their learning.
