Job summary

Sunway Berhad is seeking a Senior Executive - Performance Marketing to analyze digital and social performance, develop dashboards, and translate data into strategic branding decisions. You will conduct market intelligence, benchmark competitors, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with Sunway Group objectives.

The role requires 3–5 years in digital analytics or related fields, strong data skills in Excel and PowerPoint, and fluency in English and Bahasa

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a business analytics, data analytics, marketing, digital marketing, statistics, or related discipline.
3–5 years of relevant experience in digital strategy, digital analytics, marketing analytics, or related field.
Strong ability to translate data into strategic recommendations for business and communications objectives.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data and present insights to senior stakeholders.
Excellent business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving with data-driven recommendations.
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging senior management and cross-functional teams.
Good written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
Self-motivated and curious about digital insights and AI-driven business impact.

Responsibilities

Analyze digital and social media performance, audience behavior, and engagement metrics to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports; present trends to senior management and stakeholders.
Conduct social listening, market intelligence, and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities for decision-making.
Translate complex data into meaningful business insights for digital communications and brand storytelling strategies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align digital strategies with the Group's objectives.
Identify opportunities to enhance digital performance through audience segmentation and channel optimization.
Monitor developments in digital platforms, AI technologies, analytics tools, and industry best practices; propose innovations.
Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with objectives and performance.
