Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (University) required with relevant design experience.
• BS + 2-4 years or MS + 1-3 years or PhD + 0-1 year in a technical field.
• Experience with design rules, SPICE models, and PDK development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop design components for Process Design Kits (PDKs).
• Create, deploy, and maintain PDK files and runtime code for EDA tools.
• Develop automation tools representing fab processes and validate them.
• Review process design rules and SPICE model documents to generate spec data.
• Create test cases for PDKs/DRC/LVS/PEX and ensure quality deliveries.
