Job summary

Neon is a gaming-focused Merchant of Record platform delivering payments globally for game publishers. This senior operator role owns dispute and chargeback management, fraud operations, and payment performance, partnering with Risk, Fraud & Compliance and Product leaders.

You will shape operational standards, monitor performance, and manage PSP relationships across markets. The role emphasizes ownership without direct reports at this stage, and requires strong analytical skills,

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in payments operations, fraud ops, or fintech risk.
• Experience owning a function or leading operational initiatives.
• End-to-end management across multiple payment processors.
• Direct experience with PSPs such as Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, or Razorpay.
• Strong analytical capability; data-driven decision making.
• Autonomy and detail-oriented with broad operational scope.
• Business-level English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Dispute and chargeback operations across all markets and processors.
• Oversee fraud investigations and transaction reviews with risk leads.
• Monitor payment performance metrics and define dashboards/alerts.
• Provide senior operational support to Customer Success for payment issues.
• Own PSP and partner management, performance reviews, and escalations.
• Set standards, runbooks, and process documentation; push tooling improvements.
