Job summary

Razer seeks a seasoned Product Manager to lead payments, digital wallets, and cross-border transfer initiatives. You will shape strategy, roadmaps, and requirements, working with Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Sales, and Operations to deliver high-quality, scalable payment solutions.

The role emphasizes market research, regulatory awareness (AML/PCI DSS), and a strong focus on customer experience, with rapid iteration and measurable KPIs across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2–3 years in payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Proven track record owning the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Working knowledge of payment infrastructure, Payout, card schemes, and digital payment methods.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for payment solutions, including gateways, wallets, transfers, and API platforms.
• Prepare PRDs, user stories, and process flows; drive backlog prioritization and release planning.
• Define and monitor product KPIs (transactions, adoption, reliability, revenue) and manage risks.
