Job summary

Nexus Global Operator (NGO) is seeking a seasoned operations leader to shape and scale the cross-border payments platform. You will build operating models from scratch, align teams across multiple geographies, and partner with the CEO and product leadership to define strategies and execute initiatives.

In this high-growth role, you’ll onboard payment system operators and partners, establish governance, and drive performance across business units while ensuring regulatory alignment and risk

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or management consulting in fintech/payments or high-growth tech.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and driving operational efficiency at scale.
• Experience with payment participant onboarding (e.g., IPSO, FXP) is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all business operations functions, aligning processes and resources with strategy.
• Collaborate with CEO and Product Lead to define and execute growth and product delivery.
• Own onboarding of participants and partners, ensuring smooth integration and regulatory compliance.
• Drive operational excellence by standardizing processes, KPIs, and workflows across teams.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to provide visibility into performance.
