Job summary

RHB Banking Group is seeking a senior payments product leader in Malaysia to drive development, commercialization, and execution of the Transaction Banking payment portfolio. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design tailored solutions for corporate, SME, and government clients, while ensuring regulatory alignment and customer value.

The role emphasizes strategic pricing, market insights, and cross-functional leadership to deliver competitive, end-to-end payment

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of Transaction Banking experience with payments focus.
Strong understanding of payment ecosystems and cash management.
Experience in product development, commercialization, and pricing.

Responsibilities

Drive development and commercialization of payment products.
Oversee design and implementation of payment solutions for domestic and cross-border payments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor solutions for corporate, SME, and government clients.
Support revenue growth through product management initiatives.
Develop pricing and bundling strategies to enhance value proposition.
Conduct product training for Sales and Support teams.
Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding and implementation processes.
Ensure regulatory compliance with BN Malaysia and ecosystem standards.
Manage product lifecycle from ideation to performance monitoring.
