Job summary

RHB Bank Berhad is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Enterprise Payment Services team, focusing on supporting, enhancing, and maintaining critical payment systems including FPX and RPP and integrating with other payment systems.

You will collaborate with business squads and technical stakeholders to deliver robust application solutions that meet business needs and regulatory requirements in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of software development experience in banking industries.
• Knowledge of payment related system flow such as FPX and RPP.
• Proficient in designing, coding, testing and debugging complex applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support, customization and integration including analysis of requests and writing amendment/program specifications.
• Develop and deliver IT applications and manage change requests with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Squad Leads to manage deliverables, planning and timelines.
• Evaluate business processes and implement improvements.
• Provide production support and root cause analysis for application issues.
• Ensure all user stories comply with audit, risk and internal processes.
• Respond to regulatory and compliance changes promptly with adherence to guidelines.
