Job summary

RHB Banking Group in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Specialist, Payment Management to lead the development, optimization, and delivery of payment products across the Transaction Banking portfolio. You will collaborate with stakeholders to shape scalable solutions for corporate, SME, and government clients, while ensuring regulatory compliance and high service standards.

You will drive pricing, go-to-market, and product lifecycle management, mentor teams, and partner with PayNet and fintech

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, banking, economics or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in Transaction Banking with Payments and Product Management.
• Strong understanding of payment solutions and ecosystems.
• Experience in product development, pricing, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Drive development, enhancement, and commercialization of payment products.
• Oversee design and implementation of payment solutions including cross-border and real-time settlements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor solutions for corporate, SME, and government clients.
