Job summary

Funding Societies Pte Ltd is looking for a Compliance Officer in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role requires supporting the compliance processes related to payments and operations. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant experience in finance or compliance and strong analytical skills. Qualifications

• 2+ years of operations, compliance and/or KYC experience, ideally within financial services or payments industry.
• Good knowledge of AM/CFT and onboarding industry processes.
• Fluent in English; Bahasa is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Support regional day-to-day operational compliance tasks including payment approval and customer onboarding.
• Conduct and review PEP/sanctions checks and adverse news screening.
• Suggest next course of action for suspicious transaction/fraud investigation.
