Job summary

PLUS Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to coordinate pavement asset projects, align scope with budget, and manage risk and quality control across multiple teams and stakeholders. This role emphasizes timely delivery, rigorous inspection regimes, and effective reporting to senior sponsors and authorities.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional efforts, plan milestones, and maintain dashboards to track progress.

Qualifications

Experience in leading pavement/roadway projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Strong ability to perform risk analysis and develop mitigation plans.
Quality control and QA/QC collaboration to ensure compliance with standards.
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with vendors and authorities.

Responsibilities

Provide directions to project team to coordinate activities and monitor progress.
Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders and ensure alignment with budgets.
Perform risk analysis and create mitigation plans for project risks.
Manage all project deliverables, plans, evaluations, and reporting within timeline & budget.
Collaborate with QA/QC to validate quality control measures and evidence.
Plan inspections/audits (day/night) to ensure quality conformance across activities.
