Fenzo Digital is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and more for our clients. You will be hands-on, with a track record in campaign execution, media buying, conversion tracking, and performance optimisation to maximise ROI across multiple accounts in Malaysia.

Qualifikationen

• At least four years of hands-on performance marketing or paid media management experience.
• Experience managing cross-platform campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok.
• Proven ability to improve ROAS and scale campaigns using data-driven insights.

Aufgaben

• Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Remarketing, Performance Max).
• Manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram), including structure, targeting, retargeting, and budgeting.
• Develop and optimise TikTok Ads campaigns and identify additional channels as needed.
• Monitor budgets, pacing, bidding strategies, and performance reporting across platforms.
• Independently manage multiple client accounts and stay updated with platform changes.
