Tibura Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Lead to drive delivery across Fusion Financials implementations and support engagements. The role requires overseeing design across core financial modules and coordinating with CFO-level stakeholders to ensure successful go-lives.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in Oracle Financials, 4+ years in Fusion Cloud ERP, and is based in KL or willing to relocate to KL.

Qualifications

8+ years in Oracle Financials, with 4+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
Minimum 2 end-to-end Fusion Financials implementations in a lead role.
Strong functional depth across core financial modules and period-close processes.
Experience with FBDI-based data migration and OTBI/BI Publisher reporting.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Based in KL or ready to relocate to KL – this is mandatory.

Responsabilités

Lead functional delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials across implementation and support projects
Own solution design across GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Tax modules
Conduct requirement gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, and configuration
Drive CRP, SIT, UAT cycles and manage cutover and go-live activities
Handle support operations – incident resolution, quarterly release patch testing, and enhancements
Guide junior consultants and review functional deliverables
Engage with finance stakeholders and CFO-level users on solution decisions
