Job summary

Great Eastern seeks an experienced EBS/Oracle Fusion Cloud specialist to provide BAU and project support for ERP and Procurement modules. You will be a key contact for the EBS/Oracle Fusion Cloud technical support team, handling issue impact assessments, SIT/UAT, and cross-functional discussions.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in software engineering with BAU support, strong English communication, and Oracle Cloud ERP/Procurement certifications. Travel to Singapore may be required.

Qualifications

• Holds a tertiary education, preferably Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or similar qualifications.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• At least 10 years’ experience as a software engineer in BAU and system enhancements support for EBS/Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Oracle Cloud certifications in ERP or Procurement.
• Experience in software development, business analysis, test management with some project management experience.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting.
• May be required to travel short duration into Singapore.

Responsibilities

• BAU and project support for EBS/Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP and Procurement Modules).
• Manage and assess impact of issues and enhancement requirements from users or IT teams.
• Involvement in SIT and UAT support.
• Participate in technical discussions/solutioning with users or source system IT teams.
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA/HP ALM.
• Follow through to resolution and/or establish resolution plan.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices; maintain good relationships with peers and users.
• Assist with additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor or manager.
