Job summary

GECO Asia Pte. Ltd seeks an experienced Oracle EBS Financials Analyst to support and enhance our Oracle E-Business Suite environment.

You will partner with Finance and IT to deliver solutions, provide production support, and manage enhancements across Oracle Financials applications. Responsibilities include configuring, testing, and supporting EBS modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, Cost) and developing interfaces and reports.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of relevant experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.x, preferably R12.2.10
• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes and ability to communicate with Finance stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, OA Framework
• Experience with debugging SQL packages, functions, and procedures
• Knowledge of EBS data model and technical architecture

Responsibilities

• Serve as the application/system analyst for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials
• Support, configure, enhance, and troubleshoot Oracle Financials applications including AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, and Cost
• Translate business requirements into functional/technical designs and solutions
• Design, test, and support Oracle EBS enhancements, customizations, extensions, and integrations
• Conduct UAT and provide production support including root cause analysis and data corrections
• Develop and maintain interfaces, reports, and extensions using Oracle standards
• Collaborate with Finance and IT to deliver projects and resolve incidents
• Document solutions, estimate effort, and coordinate delivery across hybrid teams

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Financials Analyst to support and enhance our Oracle E-Business Suite environment. Reporting to the Associate Director of Business Systems, this role will partner closely with Finance and IT teams to deliver solutions, provide production support, and manage enhancements across Oracle Financials applications.

Key responsibilities

Serve as the application/system analyst for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials

Support, configure, enhance, and troubleshoot Oracle Financials applications, including AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, and Cost

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional/technical designs, specifications, and solutions

Design, configure, test, and support Oracle EBS enhancements, customizations, extensions, and integrations

Conduct UAT and provide production support, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, workarounds, and data corrections

Develop and maintain applications, interfaces, reports, and extensions using Oracle development standards

Support and troubleshoot Oracle Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Workflow, PL/SQL packages, functions, and procedures

Collaborate with Finance business users, IT teams, and onsite/offshore resources to deliver projects and resolve incidents

Document solutions, estimate effort, manage project activities, and coordinate delivery across hybrid teams

About you

5-7+ years of relevant experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.x, preferably R12.2.10, with strong Oracle Financials expertise

Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting business processes and the ability to communicate effectively with Finance stakeholders

Strong knowledge of the Oracle EBS data model and technical architecture

Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, and OA Framework

Experience debugging SQL packages, functions, and procedures

Experience with APEX and RPA is highly desirable

Knowledge of Inventory, Supply Chain Planning (SCP), Purchasing, and Order Management is a plus

Experience in the semiconductor industry is an advantage

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to manage projects and coordinate with onsite/offshore teams

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience required. Finance/Accounting education is a strong plus
