Job summary

Great Eastern seeks an experienced EBS/Oracle Fusion Cloud specialist to provide BAU and project support for ERP and Procurement modules. You will be a key contact for the EBS/Oracle Fusion Cloud technical support team, handling issue impact assessments, SIT/UAT, and cross-functional discussions.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in software engineering with BAU support, strong English communication, and Oracle Cloud ERP/Procurement certifications. Travel to Singapore may be required.

Qualifications

• Holds a tertiary education, preferably Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or similar qualifications.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• At least 10 years’ experience as a software engineer in BAU and system enhancements support for EBS/Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Oracle Cloud certifications in ERP or Procurement.
• Experience in software development, business analysis, test management with some project management experience.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting.
• May be required to travel short duration into Singapore.

• BAU (Business As Usual) and project support for EBS/Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP and Procurement Modules)
• Managed and assess impact of the issues and enhancement requirements coming from the users or source systems IT teams
• Involvements in the SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) support
• Involvements in the technical discussion/solutioning with the users or source system IT support teams
• Identify, document, and track defects using standard tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM)
• Follow through the resolution and/or establish resolution plan
• Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards and best practices. Establish good working relationships with peers and users
