Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking an accomplished leader for the Operational Leadership and Director's Office to translate AMANAH priorities into integrated plans, oversee governance, and ensure timely delivery. The role coordinates cross-functional workstreams, and manages briefing papers and correspondence for the Director's review.

Qualifications

Experience in programme or project management and governance.
Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and report progress to senior stakeholders.
Experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership coordination.
Ability to translate objectives into structured plans and measurable deliverables.
Proficiency in dashboards, data handling and management reporting.

Responsibilities

Translate priorities into integrated operational plans and milestones.
Manage governance meetings, agendas, minutes and action logs.
Monitor decisions, risks and actions requiring Director intervention.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams with clear ownership and reporting.
