Job summary

ZALORA is seeking an analytical, process-oriented individual to support analysis and lead core projects to drive operational improvements in the Southeast Asia fulfillment centers. You will work closely with Top Management and gain extensive regional exposure in a dynamic ecommerce environment.

The role involves analyzing operations data, building business cases, implementing OMS enhancements, creating SOPs, and delivering KPI reports to Operations leaders and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a quantitative discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into insights.
• Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable communicating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operation processes and large datasets to gather insights and propose improvements.
• Implement tech-supported improvements in the OMS system.
• Prepare structured business cases to evaluate opportunities and drive projects.
• Create flow charts, SOPs and documentation for project implementations.
• Provide project updates to stakeholders and track progress with KPI reporting.
