Job summary

SARASPICE SDN. BHD. in Sarawak is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the company’s end-to-end operations, including supply, processing, production and distribution of pepper products.

You will oversee logistics, inventory, and warehouse activities, manage pepper purchasing, and drive efficiency across branches while developing the Operations team. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience, preferably in commodity or agricultural

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience, preferably with managerial or supervisory experience.
• Experience in commodity or pepper industry is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall Operations, Logistics, Shipping, Warehouse and Inventory activities.
• Manage pepper purchasing and raw material supply in line with business requirements.
• Plan and coordinate processing, production, and retail production activities.
• Ensure timely movement of raw materials, processed materials and finished goods.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory accuracy and warehouse operations across branches.
• Coordinate with processing facilities, suppliers, transporters, shipping agents and other external parties.
• Monitor operational performance, costs and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, supervise and develop the Operations team.
