Job summary

SARAWAK OIL PALMS BERHAD is seeking an Operation Assistant (Warehouse) to support daily warehouse tasks including receiving, storing, packing and handling pepper materials and finished goods. The role focuses on accurate stock control, proper product handling, and compliance with SOPs to ensure smooth operations.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, performing manual duties, lifting, and collaboration with the logistics team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse/logistics/operations.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and stock handling procedures.
• Able to perform manual work and lifting duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming pepper raw materials and finished goods.
• Perform sorting, packing, labelling, and repacking of pepper products according to requirements.
• Carry out loading and unloading of goods safely and efficiently.
• Maintain proper storage arrangement and ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Assist in stock counting and inventory control activities.
• Ensure accurate recording of stock movement in and out of warehouse.
• Support preparation of goods for delivery and shipment.
• Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines at all times.
• Report any stock discrepancies, damages, or abnormalities to supervisor.
• Assist in general warehouse maintenance and operational tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
