Job summary

DKSH in Malaysia seeks a Supervisor for Value-Added Services Relabeling and Redressing to ensure GMP-compliant relabeling and repackaging operations. You will oversee day-to-day spending, coordinate staff and contractors, and ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in supply chain or logistics.
• 3–5 years’ relevant experience.
• Knowledge of repacking, relabeling, and GMP standards.
• Strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operating expenditures against budgets.
• Execute relabeling and redressing policies per GMP standards.
• Coordinate resources including staff, temporary workers and contractors.
• Oversee contractor selection, quotes, training and KPI reviews.
• Prepare repackaging specifications per client requirements.
• Monitor timely delivery of materials for relabeling and redressing.
• Review and suggest improvements to quality, safety, and SOPs.
• Liaise with clients on issues and escalate when needed.
