Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable leader to oversee a team of rotating Rovers in retail stores in Malaysia. The role focuses on performance management, field staff manpower planning, and delivering customer service excellence through training and motivation.

You will develop analytical reports, ensure SOP compliance, monitor KPIs, and build strong relationships with retail partners to drive execution excellence across channels.

Qualifications

• Seasoned FMCG professional with experience in marketing or logistics operations management or from a retail or F&B industry background
• Preferred candidates with experience in managing field staff or logistics team
• Hands-on and attention to details and a knack for bringing the best out in a team
• Good interpersonal, communication, problem-solving skills and leadership quality
• Able to work independently, must possess excellence people skill
• Ability to deliver complex analysis and reports
• IT competent and analytical
• A meticulous attention to detail
• Candidates must have car to travel
