Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad seeks a Senior Executive, Operations Administration to support daily collections and recoveries operations and ensure accurate information and timely service to customers while upholding the bank's reputation.

You will process internal requests for system updates and postings, review data for errors, issue official letters and reminders, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and automate where possible.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking applications.
• Experience with Power Automate or similar automation tools is advantageous.
• High accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations to support collections and recoveries
• Process internal requests for system updates and postings to ensure records remain current, complete and reliable
• Review data for errors, correct discrepancies and check output for accurate capturing
• To facilitate requests on issuance of official letters, notices and reminders to customers in accordance with established templates
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of service
• Support management in preparing reports, summaries and documentation for monitoring and reviews
• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen internal controls and improve service quality
