Job summary

AmBank Group is seeking a Contract Collector for Recovery Management at Kelana Jaya. The role involves performing collection dunning to delinquent customers using collection tools and scripting to minimize impairment, as well as handling calls related to collections, negotiations, and inquiries.

You will ensure call quality, support team performance, and respond to customer inquiries and complaints within the defined turnaround time, while complying with internal policies and Bank Negara

Qualifications

• Minimum: Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U or Diploma/Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Banking and Finance or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good personality and communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform collection dunning to delinquent customers with collection tools to minimize impairment and delinquency.
• Handle incoming calls related to collections, including negotiation and inquiries.
• Adhere to call quality requirements.
• Render full support towards team performance.
• Attend to customers’ inquiries, complaints and proposals within the stipulated turnaround time.
