Job summary

Marcus Evans Group is seeking an experienced live-learning facilitator to deliver online sessions for corporate audiences, typically 90 to 150 minutes, using a design and brief prepared by our Programme Scientist.

This is a delivery role focused on in-room excellence; you won’t write content or sell, but you may extend the engagement to follow-up coaching with the same group, including accreditation and ongoing feedback.

Qualifications

5–10 years of substantial experience facilitating live learning for professional or managerial audiences in a corporate setting.
Genuinely strong online delivery — confident running breakout groups, maintaining energy, and engaging participants.
Comfortable delivering material you did not write, within a fixed structure.
Skilled at giving direct, useful feedback to adults in sessions.
Reliable on the administrative side: punctual, responsive, and consistent with session notes.
Fluent, credible professional English, comfortable with senior audiences.
Experience across leadership, management development, communication, collaboration or change.

Responsibilities

Deliver live sessions to our designed structure, ensuring a consistently high standard.
Prepare from the written brief you receive at least five working days before each session — preparation time is paid within the session fee.
Run structured practice: facilitate small-group work and provide feedback in the moment.
Manage the room with diverse participant dynamics and respectful debate.
Submit brief session notes within 48 hours of each session for updates by the Programme Scientist.
Participate in accreditation prior to first client session and remain open to feedback.
