Job summary

Spring Health is seeking Global Contract Life and Wellness Coaches to join our tele-coaching network. Deliver structured coaching sessions to adults across the APAC region via video or phone, focusing on stress, relationships, career, health, and personal development.

You will set your own schedule, work remotely, and collaborate with specialist teams to support client progress while maintaining high-quality care standards.

Qualifications

• Active credentialing with ICF (ACC, PCC or MCC) or NBC-HWC.
• Minimum of 100 hours of post-training coaching experience.
• Training in evidence-based modalities such as NVC, NLP, EQ, MBSR, Somatic coaching, Positive Psychology, or Appreciative Inquiry.
• Telehealth competence and comfort with technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured life and/or wellness coaching sessions to clients via video or phone.
• Support adults with setting goals, building confidence, and encouraging action to achieve their goals.
• Maintain a calendar of availability and complete session notes in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with provider support teams and care navigation teams as needed.
• Provide culturally competent and empathetic care, upholding diversity and inclusion values.
