Learntastic is seeking an engaging Virtual Trainer to deliver live online CPR, First Aid, and healthcare-related courses. You will host sessions, use video conferencing tools, and adapt delivery to different learner needs from individuals to professionals.

This is a 100% remote role with a focus on clear communication and interactive learning. The ideal candidate has an instructor-level CPR/First Aid certification, proven virtual teaching experience, and strong English presentation skills.

Qualifications

Certification in CPR/First Aid or related healthcare training (Instructor level).
Prior experience as a trainer or educator in a virtual environment.
Strong command of English communication and presentation skills.
Ability to use online training tools, video conferencing software, and LMS.

Responsibilities

Conduct live virtual training sessions on CPR, First Aid, and other healthcare topics.
Deliver training through video conferencing platforms in an engaging and interactive manner.
Adapt training styles to meet various learner needs (individuals, groups, professionals).
Stay updated on industry best practices and certification requirements.
