Excis is seeking a skilled On-Site IT Support L3 in Malaysia to diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, OS and server issues. You’ll support multiple OEM platforms and independently manage a broad range of technical tasks in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of relevant IT technical support experience.
• Advanced knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems and servers.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Level 3 on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, servers and related IT infrastructure.
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software across multiple OEM platforms.
• Support server operating systems and related infrastructure per established standards.
• Analyze complex issues, escalate when needed and document resolutions and changes.
• Maintain accurate incident documentation and ensure service levels are met.
